All Netsuite implementations include extensive training. In fact, training happens throughout the implementation process as we work with various leads from your business to design, prototype and build the business process that you depend on.

 

The final training that we hold for users in each department is the culmination of all of the previous training. At this point in the implementation, your project leads will be as capable of leading the training as we are. This is a sign that the implementation has succeeded and we have transferred the necessary NetSuite knowledge to your team.

 

To be successful, NetSuite training must be focused and structured. We will first document your key business processes in a NetSuite knowledge base, then we will practice these processes in the training sessions. Training sessions are short, normally about an hour, and repeated. This way your employees have a chance to work in the system on their own and then come back with more questions and comments.

 

Clients often ask us to travel and we are always delighted to visit a client site and meet you face to face, especially when we need to understand your business requirements, or offer more extensive training.

 

While all implementations include extensive training, we also respond to clients who need additional training for new employees, modules or to take greatest advantage of their NetSuite accounts.
